Shimla, May 26 -- The BJP on Monday said it relieved three office-bearers of their organisational duties for contesting the district council elections against the party's candidates. Those relieved of their duties include Kahan Singh from the Nurpur assembly constituency-who served as the mandal vice president of the Scheduled TribesMorcha-as well as Gulawant Singh, a mandal executive member, and Shamsher Singh, a mandal executive member of the Kisan Morcha.
