Jammu, Jan. 28 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government has redesignated the post of secretary, department of law, justice and parliamentary affairs, as commissioner secretary. As per a government order issued by the general administration department, the redesignation will remain in force till the post is held by Achal Sethi. Consequently, Sethi has been designated as commissioner secretary to the government, department of law, justice and parliamentary affairs, with immediate effect. Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir government has accorded sanction to the promotion of 18 chief prosecuting officers as deputy directors prosecution in the prosecution department. The promotions have been made on the recommendations of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission in pay level 12. The officers promoted include Javaid Ahmad Khawaja, Ab Majid Bhat, Kishore Kumar Bandral, Shaheen Ahmad Khan, Maqbool Hussain, Rajesh Gill, Ajay Kumar, Mohd Saleem, Vijay Sudan, Anil Kumar Gandotra, Syed Jahangir Ahmad, Ranjeev Kumar, Ranjit Bahadur Bandral, Rajesh Bakshi, Aijaz Ahmad Wani, Sanjay Kohli, Mumtaz Saleem Mir and Anil Mangotra....
