Dharamshala, Aug. 18 -- Two police constables were killed after the car they were travelling in collided with a tanker in Shimla, police said on Monday. The deceased have been identified as head constable Praveen Mehta and constable Hemant Kumar, both posted in the Police Lines, Shimla. The mishap occurred on the Talland-Khalini road when the driver of the car lost control and collided with a tanker on Sunday night, leaving both policemen seriously injured. A police team rushed them to the Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC), where they succumbed to their injuries during treatment, officials said....
