Barmer/Balotra, July 29 -- A 25-year-old woman and her two children were found drowned in an underground water reservoir near their home in Balotra early on Monday, police said, adding that the bodies were sent for post-mortem examination and a probe was launched into the matter. The children were two years and two months old respectively, added police. Sub-inspector Amararam of Pachpadra police station said preliminary enquiries indicated a case of murder-suicide . "Family members woke up at around 5am to find them missing. Police were informed after their slippers were found near the reservoir. Locals helped to recover the bodies, which were sent to the mortuary in the Government Nahata Hospital," he said. The sub-inspector added that authorities informed the woman's parents. "Further legal action will be taken after recording their statements and based on the complaint received," said the officer. "The probe is covering all probable angles," the officer added....
