Jaipur, Feb. 26 -- The state social justice and empowerment department will soon set up a dedicated "Help Desk (Samadhan Cell)" at its headquarters to ensure swift and effective resolution of scheme-related grievances, officials said on Wednesday. A training session in this regard was conducted at Ambedkar Bhawan for branch in-charges and concerned personnel. During the session, officials were briefed on the operational framework of the Samadhan Cell, procedures to register grievances, monitoring mechanisms and systems for disposal of complaints. Department director Ashish Modi said that a similar innovation was implemented successfully when he served as director of the secondary education department in Bikaner and improved efficiency significantly.
