SHARMA listens to PM's Mann Ki Baat with tribal women IN JAIPUR
Jaipur, July 27 -- Chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Sunday listened to the 136th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's monthly radio programme Mann Ki Baat along with tribal women in Jaipur's Sanganer.
Speaking after the broadcast, Sharma said the PM's programme showcases inspiring stories of ordinary citizens from across the country who have made significant contributions in areas such as social service, education, women's empowerment, environmental conservation, agriculture and innovation. He said such stories encourage a culture of service, dedication and innovation.
He said the PM emphasised women's empowerment, the ideals of national icons, the role of youth and public participation in building a developed India. He also appealed to people to take part in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and Tiranga Yatras to be organised from August 9 to 14 ahead of Independence Day....
