India, Oct. 18 -- Human and planetary health are deteriorating, and the team at Kindness Practice Foundation has found a unique way to spread this message - by bringing together individuals and organisations working in these fields and recognising their contributions through The Restore Awards. Endorsed by the United Nations and now in its seventh year, the recent awards highlighted pressing concerns, including dying rivers, toxins in food, rising pollution, along with high rates of deaths linked to cardiovascular, cancer and pulmonary diseases caused by environmental factors. "The force behind these awards are doctors, nutrition experts, integrated therapists, corporate leaders, data scientists, lawyers, biotechnologists, psychologists and sustainability experts who see the writing on the wall," said Foundation's managing director Dr Rachna Chhachhi.
