The surge also resulted in a rise of followers on Instagram for the Prime Minister as his followers count crossed 103 million by the time of going to press. He earned over a million followers overnight with the viral video. At the time of publishing, the video itself had amassed 350 million views.
This accomplishment narrowly surpassed the previous 24-hour record of 300 million views, held by American streamer IShowSpeed for a Reel featuring members of the K-pop boy band BTS.
Meanwhile, in his address to the students regarding exam irregularities amid the Cockroach Janta Party protests, the Prime Minister stated: "Friends, I know that paper leaks are not an ordinary matter.
