jaipur, Aug. 21 -- A 45-year-old man, who was out on bail in a case involving the murder of his sister-in-law, allegedly killed his 75-year-old father, also an accused in the same murder case, with an axe following a family dispute in Jaipur and kept the body inside their house for more than a day, police said on Thursday. The crime came to light when the accused called a taxi to take his father's body to their native village in Tonk for the last rites. The driver grew suspicious after noticing a foul smell coming from the body and alerted police. According to police, the deceased was identified as Jagdish (75), a native of Todaraisingh in Tonk district, while the accused was his younger son, Sawai Ram Jat (45). Jagdish lived with his wife and son in Govindpura under the Sanganer Sadar police station area. DCP (South) of Jaipur Rajarshi Raj Verma said the murder allegedly took place on Tuesday night following an argument between the father and son. "Unable to find a way to dispose of it, he decided to take it to the village for the last rites. On Thursday morning, he called a taxi and told the driver that his father had died and he wanted to take the body to the village. The driver became suspicious after noticing a foul smell and informed police," Verma said....
