Half of investments secured in mines, fuel materialised: Govt
Jaipur, June 6 -- Nearly half of the Rs.33,000 crore investment commitments secured in mining and petroleum sectors during the Rising Rajasthan Summit have already materialised, while projects worth Rs.6,500 crore are in the final stages, according to the state government's latest review, additional chief secretary (mines and petroleum) Aparna Arora said on Friday.
The investment agreements signed under Rising Rajasthan cover crude oil and natural gas exploration, DPNG and CNG infrastructure development, major, minor mineral projects.
Among key projects, the Rs.230-crore cement plant has already commenced operations, she said, and highlighted that Indian Oil Corporation's Rs.3,600 crore crude oil pipeline from Mundra was almost complete....
