Jaipur, April 10 -- The state government has made it mandatory for administrative secretaries to undertake at least four days of district visits every month, including night halts and review meetings. According to an order issued by the Administrative Reforms and Coordination Department, all administrative secretaries will now be required to spend at least four days every month visiting districts - excluding Jaipur - and hold a minimum of four-night halts during these tours. The order, issued under the signature of chief secretary V Srinivas, mandates each administrative secretary must hold one divisional-level review meeting a month to assess the progress of schemes and projects.
