Jaipur, Feb. 13 -- Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagde on Thursday said that a convocation is not the end of education but the beginning of a new phase in life, urging students to transform their learning into meaningful action and contribute actively to nation-building. Addressing the 22nd convocation ceremony of Jai Narain Vyas University (JNVU) in Jodhpur, the governor emphasised the role of youth in shaping India's future and highlighted the growing achievements of women in higher education. Bagde said it was a matter of pride that a large number of gold medals were won by female students, adding that societies where daughters progress are the ones that develop rapidly. Encouraging graduates to pursue excellence with a sense of social responsibility, he called upon them to use their education for the greater good and remain committed to national development.
