Jaipur, Oct. 9 -- BJP Rajasthan president Madan Rathore on Thursday dismissed Congress protests against Election Commission in Delhi as an attempt to remain in headlines, saying the party should have followed prescribed procedure if it had any complaints against the poll panel. He also criticised Congress leader and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi over his conduct during the protests, saying the media should condemn his alleged behaviour towards a woman police officer. He alleged that Gandhi had placed his hand on the back of the woman police officer and called the conduct inappropriate. "Leaders in public life are expected to maintain dignity and decorum," Rathore said.
