Bharatpur/Dholpur, Oct. 27 -- A 22-year-old man allegedly strangled his two minor nephews, aged 10 and 8, before dying by suicide after his sister-in-law rejected his sexual advances, police said on Monday. The incident took place last Wednesday near Pura Sikrauda village in Rajasthan's Dholpur district. The man-- Vishnu Kushwaha--allegedly gave the children chips before strangling them.
