Bharatpur/Deeg, April 18 -- Two people posing as Delhi police constables were arrested and two abducted men were rescued from their captivity in Deeg district, police said on Friday. Deeg SP Sharan Gopinath Kamble said that an interstate gang of fake Delhi police constables kidnapped two men under Kaithwara police station. Police received information about the crime on Thursday midnight where a police team was alerted under Kaman police station. The accused were in Delhi police uniform with fake notices, and a police light on their vehicle, police said, adding that the arrested accused were identified as Mutafa, 26, Moin, 25, of Nuh in Haryana. Police also apprehended a minor and search is on for three other accused fled the spot. Police said they recovered three illegal weapons, six cartridges, fake notices and other police-related things.
