India, Aug. 8 -- Delhi Fire Services (DFS) received 16 calls related to fallen trees and nine complaints of house and wall collapses across the city as heavy rainfall lashed Delhi on Friday. A woman and her two children were rescued after part of their house collapsed in Burari around 1pm. Tree-falling incidents were reported from Malviya Nagar, Saket, Sainik Farm, East of Kailash and Mahipalpur.
