Gurugram, Sept. 2 -- A 40-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a cow at Amar Colony in Sector 10, said police. Police said the suspect works as an auto rickshaw driver. Investigators said that the incident took place on Monday. Sandeep Turan, public relations officer of Gurugram police, said that a local resident saw the suspect and recorded a video as evidence, based on which another resident filed a complaint, registered under Section 11 (torturing animal) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
