Dehradun, Dec. 15 -- A fire broke out at a perfume manufacturing factory in the Selaqui industrial area of Dehradun on Sunday afternoon, officials said, adding that there has been no loss of life so far and the cause is yet to be ascertained. According to officials, efforts were underway to douse the fire and at least 120 fire personnel were engaged in the task. The factory, Jai Shree Balaji Industries in Selaqui, manufactures perfumes, deodorants, said officials. Dehradun chief fire officer (CFO) Abhinav Tyagi said they received an alert about the fire at around 2 pm. "It will take us two-three more hours more to douse the flames completely. Around 120 personnel are engaged in the operation. We have also sought assistance from ONGC," he said. "Once the fire is doused, we will enter the factory to assess the extent of the damage," he said....
