NEW DELHI, April 14 -- A Delhi court on Monday granted regular bail to a couple accused of racially abusing neighbours from Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur, noting compliance with conditions imposed during interim relief. The order was passed by additional sessions judge Samar Vishal of the Saket courts. The court recorded that the investigating officer informed it that the accused, Harsh Singh and his wife Ruby Jain, had complied with all conditions, including shifting residence. "Considering the status report of the investigating officer... the investigation in the matter is complete" the court said. Defence counsel Abinash Kumar submitted that the couple had vacated their Malviya Nagar residence and informed police of their new address. Opposing bail, the victims' counsel said one victim returned to Manipur due to trauma. The couple was arrested on February 25 after a video of the incident surfaced online.htc...
