Zambar launches Idli Utsav with over 20 unique varieties of idli

The festival brings together timeless favourites such as the steamed rice idli, rava idli, and Kanchipuram idli, served with sambhar and fresh chutneys, alongside bolder reinterpretations like the Chettinad idli, Gongura idli, Mysore idli and the spicy curry leaf podi idli.
Health-conscious diners can explore nourishing options like the Multigrain Idli and Ragi Idli.
Meanwhile, fusion takes like Idli Chaat and Fried Finger Idli add a creative, street-style flair to the line-up. One of the festival highlights is the Ghee Podi Thattai Idli, a large, fluffy idli crowned with ghee and podi for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
