India, Sept. 9 -- Content creator Ritu Joon alleged on September 6 that a Theobroma outlet in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, refused to write "Happy Birthday Ritu Joon" on her cake, saying it could write her name but not the greeting. Instead, she was offered a "Happy Birthday" cake topper. Joon questioned on X (see inset) whether the refusal was a way to push topper sales.
