India, Oct. 30 -- I t was one of those evenings when everything just fell into place, the lights, the music, the laughter and a shared sense of purpose. The Capital recently played host to Saher Hone Tak - Ek Shaam Ruh Ke Naam, an event organised by the Savera Association. Blending art, fashion and philanthropy, the fundraiser aimed to support free education for underprivileged children, skill training for women and medical aid for those in need. "Saher Hone Tak is a reflection of how art and fashion can come together to create real change in people's lives," said chairperson Minu Bakshi. The evening opened with a soulful Sufi performance by singer-poet Deveshi Sehgal.
