Punjab Grill brings back bold flavours with its latest food festival: Punjab Da Swag

unjab Grill, the noted fine-dining destination known for its authentic North Indian fare, has launched its much-awaited food festival, Punjab Da Swag. Now live across all its outlets in India, the festival is a tribute to the rich, soulful and rustic flavours that define Punjabi cuisine. The menu kicks off with starters such as Mithe Te Tikhe Kule, a chaat-style salad bursting with sweet and tangy notes. Signature tikkas take centre stage with indulgent offerings such as Tikke De Rajkumar and the fiery, slow-cooked Angithi Mutton Chop Tikka. For mains, comfort reigns supreme with dishes such as Channay Murgh/Mutton and homestyle Palak Chicken Curry. Other highlights include Dal Kunne Wali, Baingan Da Swaad and Keema Parothe. To end on a sweet note, there's Sada Kulfi Falooda, a decadent medley of kulfi, falooda and rabdi.
