India, July 9 -- P rime Minister Narendra Modi gave a Bollywood spin to India-Indonesia relations during an address to the Indian diaspora in Jakarta on Wednesday, referencing filmmaker Karan Johar's 1998 hit Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. The remark prompted an enthusiastic reaction from Johar, who later said he felt "elated and honoured". Speaking during his Indonesia visit - the first stop of his three-nation tour that also includes Australia and New Zealand - Modi used the film's title to describe the growing partnership between the two countries. "Yahan Bharat ka gana Kuch Kuch Hota Hai bahut hi lokpriya hai. Aaj maine is par kaha ki jab Bharat aur Indonesia saath milkar chalte hain, toh 'Kuch Kuch' se bhi aage badhkar 'bahut kuch' hota hai," he said. Johar reposted a clip of the speech on Instagram Stories and added, "There is indeed a language that transcends all - it's love. Thank you for embracing and making this song live forever!!!" HTC...
