India, July 22 -- D ays after winning his first National Award, Kartik Aaryan sought blessings at the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The actor participated in the temple's Shayan Aarti and offered prayers at the shrine. On Tuesday, he shared a picture from his visit on Instagram with the caption, "Jai Mahakaal." Pictures and videos from the visit also surfaced on social media, showing Kartik praying at the Nandi Hall. The 33-year-old was accompanied by his parents during the visit. Kartik won the National Award for Best Actor for his performance in the 2024 film Chandu Champion, based on the life of India's first Paralympic gold medallist, Murlikant Petkar.
