India, Oct. 14 -- IMT Ghaziabad held its Annual Convocation Ceremony at its campus to celebrate the achievements of the graduating Class of 2025. The event brought together faculty, alumni, families, and industry leaders to honour more than 850 graduates across programs such as PGDM, PGDM Marketing, Financial Management, BFS, DCP, ExP, Working Executives and the Fellow Program in Management. Mohit Burman, Chairman of Dabur India Ltd., was the chief guest. In his speech, he called the graduates the "Now Generation" and encouraged them to mix innovation with integrity as they step into the world. "You are not just stepping out of IMT; you are stepping into a world that is waiting for your ideas and persistence. The world does not reward perfection; it rewards persistence," he said. Burman spoke about how artificial intelligence, machine learning, and new technologies are changing the business world. He praised IMT Ghaziabad for training students to adapt and lead in this fast-changing environment. He reminded them to move ahead with confidence and conscience. Kamal Nath, Chief Mentor of IMT Ghaziabad, delivered the keynote address. He spoke about leadership in a data-driven world and stressed the importance of responsible and ethical decision-making. "The future is yours to shape, and your leadership begins now," he told the graduates, encouraging them to build careers with honesty and inclusivity. The institute also honoured two alumni for their achievements. Charu Kaushal, Managing Director at Allianz Partners India (Class of 1996), received the Distinguished Alumnus Award for her leadership. She urged students to be bold and take risks. Meanwhile, Ashish Kapoor, Head of Growth and Strategy at Mahindra Teqo (Class of 2015), received the Young Alumnus Achiever Award for his innovation and resilience. "Real growth begins outside the comfort zone," he said. Dr Atish Chattopadhyay, Director of IMT Ghaziabad, congratulated the Class of 2025 and called it "an extraordinary moment in India's technological journey." He said, "The future will not be about what AI can do alone but about what we can do together." He spoke about how IMT Ghaziabad is integrating AI and technology into its teaching to prepare students for the future. He reminded graduates that true leadership is not only about success but also about responsibility. As a United Nations partner institution, IMT Ghaziabad supports the Sustainable Development Goals and offers a 25% scholarship to every female student, along with financial aid for those who need it most.
