India, Oct. 10 -- Actor Ranbir Kapoor has addressed the role of privilege in his career, saying that although he "got it very easy" by birth, he still had to carve out his own identity through hard work. He admitted, "I'm a product of nepotism and I got it very easy in my life but I always had to work hard." Speaking at an event recently, the 43-year-old added, "You guys celebrate a lot of successes of my family, but there are a lot of failures also. as much as you learn from the successes, you also learn from the failures." Born to actor-couple, late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, and grandson of late veteran Raj Kapoor, Ranbir said he viewed his upbringing as ordinary: "For me, it was like any other normal family, I didn't know any better...
