India, July 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi concluded his July 7-11 visit to Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand, with the trip featuring not only key diplomatic engagements but also gifts highlighting India's crafts, culture and sporting achievements. In Indonesia (July 7-9), PM Modi presented President Prabowo Subianto with an Aipan artwork from Uttarakhand, a hand-painted Kashmiri papier-mache bowl, a repousse silver decorative plate and Assam's Manohari Gold Tea. He also gifted a handloom silk textile to Indonesian House Speaker Puan Maharani. During his July 9-10 visit to Australia, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese received a Dhokra boat sculpture, a vinyl edition of Colonial Cousins by Hariharan and Leslie Lewis, and an Indian Premium Coffee Box featuring speciality coffees sourced from across the country. In New Zealand (July 10-11), PM Modi gifted Prime Minister Christopher Luxon a hockey stick (see inset) signed by the Indian Women's Hockey Team, marking the team's 2025 FIH Hockey Women's Nations Cup title won in New Zealand.
