India, July 20 -- Director Tushar Hiranandani calls the win especially rewarding after Srikanth received little recognition at other awards. "It feels so justified to win the biggest award in the country, and that too for Best Film. I am so elated and happy," he tells us. Manoj Muntashir was performing when news of his win arrived. Recalling the criticism he faced after Adipurush (2023), he says, "When you acknowledge your mistake and seek pardon, people and the country give you another chance. This is my second chance." Vijay Ganguly, whose father had won two National Awards, says he never expected to follow in his footsteps. "It's the biggest recognition any technician can dream of.
