India, Sept. 22 -- Amid Deepika Padukone being ousted from the Kalki 2898 AD (2024) sequel, actor Diana Penty has come out in support of her. The two shared the screen in Cocktail, with the 2012 film marking Diana's debut. "She was honestly the best co-actor to have in my first film. Deepika and Saif were my pillars of support when I knew nothing," the 39-year-old said at an NDTV conclave, adding, "If I forgot my lines or we had to redo a scene, they made it feel no big deal. That support meant so much, and I've always appreciated it." When asked about Deepika's (39) professionalism, she noted, "Extremely professional. 10. Yeah, 10. She is very, very disciplined. And I think that also comes from her upbringing and her background, being a sports player as well. She is disciplined."
