I'm constantly listening to the conversations my students have, watching movies and TV show and using my commute time to listen to podcasts. Turn your content into a dialogue, not a monologue: Give your audience room to engage with you, so they aren't just consuming your content; they're entering a conversation. Ask real questions, host Q&As, and create posts that make people want to reach out and say, 'I feel so seen by this'. Include the vulnerabilities: Don't just glamorise the wins or the successful moments. Show up with your real, unfiltered experiences, the hard days, the doubts, and the learning curve....
