India, March 11 -- Actor Allu Sirish, 38, married businessperson Nayanika Reddy, 35 on March 6, and the reality has been sinking in. In his first interview since, Sirish says he had been introducing Nayanika as his wife even before the wedding. "It was easy to call her my girlfriend. Calling her my fiancee felt too complicated, so I started introducing her as my wife after we got engaged," he tells us. Speaking about the celebrations, Sirish gushes over the experience "that felt like a movie": "I already have quite a large family and now it has become even bigger." Their love story began at the pre-wedding festivities of his cousin, actor Varun Tej. They began dating after nearly eight months of conversations. "There was no wow moment, but sometimes slow-burning romances have their own magic," he says with a smile. Now, Sirish feels a sense of added responsibility. He says, "When I was single, there was no pressure on how much I earn or what I do. Now, I really have to step up. The ambition and hunger have grown in an internalised way."...
