55 years of representing India: Gangesh Khaitan re-enters Limca Book of Records
India, June 10 -- Veteran golfer Gangesh Khaitan has re-entered the Limca Book of Records, marking an extraordinary milestone of representing India in international and domestic golf for 55 years, a rare achievement in Indian sport.
A competitive golfer for over six decades, Khaitan has also been recognised by the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records. The highlight of his recent journey has been back-to-back titles at the Asia Pacific Senior Golf Championship (70+ category) in Vietnam (2024) and the Philippines (2025).
