India, Feb. 27 -- A ctor Dia Mirza Rekhi's visit to Delhi turned into a special personal moment when she stopped by Shanti Path to admire the blooming tulips, sharing pictures from the spot on Instagram on Wednesday, She tells us, "I was driving by Shanti Path and was absolutely mesmerised by the tulips. I had to make a quick stop! Flowers are possibly the most evolved beings. They give so generously." For the outing, Dia chose a handwoven saree by Vijayamma, who has been a weaver for 49 years.
