CHANDIGARH, April 25 -- Punjab Police's "Sampark Abhiyan" has emerged as a key community outreach initiative, evolving into an effective platform to educate youth about the dangers of gangs and organised crime, DGP Gaurav Yadav said. "These sessions are giving youngsters a clearer understanding of the risks involved. It is crucial to recognise these traps early," he said. The DGP added that the initiative had made it easier for people from villages, towns and cities to connect with police, share concerns and feel heard. "This engagement is gradually fostering a sense of shared responsibility in maintaining public safety," he added. HTC...
