Ballari (Karnataka), May 20 -- A 24-year-old woman died due to alleged mental torture and dowry harassment by her husband and in-laws, police said on Tuesday. The woman was found dead at her parent's house in Kampli town of Ballari district on May 17, they said. Following the incident, her husband, a veterinarian in the Animal Husbandry Department, has been nabbed, police said. In a purported note, the victim accused her husband and in-laws of harassment and mental torture over dowry.
