India, Nov. 7 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay, along with his close friend, actor Trisha Krishnan, attended the pre-wedding reception of politician YS Anil Reddy's daughter, Shreya, in Chennai on Thursday, drawing attention at the star-studded gathering attended by several politicians, industrialists and actors. Anil Reddy is the cousin of former Andhra Pradesh chief minister and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Held in Chennai, the reception saw Vijay and Trisha walk up to the stage to congratulate the newlyweds, Shreya and Ujuval Belani, and pose for photographs. Pictures and videos from the event have since surfaced on social media. Vijay's mother, Shobha Chandrashekhar, also accompanied him to the event.
