Panchkula, Oct. 29 -- A POCSO court on Tuesday sentenced a 26-year-old man from Gonda district in Uttar Pradesh to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for sexually assaulting a four-year-old boy. The convict has been fined Rs.50,000 under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. If the fine is not paid, he will have to undergo six more months of simple imprisonment.
