Ludhiana, June 29 -- Police have booked a man for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl at an isolated spot near a private hospital in Kohara. The girl, who originally hails from the Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh, narrated her ordeal to her mother following which a police complaint was filed. The accused faces charges under Sections 65(1) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), alongside Sections 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act.
