Rohtak, Feb. 25 -- Two persons have been arrested for the February 20 murder of a property dealer, Satyawan, in Kheri Sadh village of Sampla tehsil in Rohtak district, police said on Tuesday. An old dispute is said to be the reason behind the murder. The arrested persons have been identified as Manjeet, alias Mafia, of Bhiwani's Bapora village and Manish of Bhali village in Rohtak. "Five illegal country-made pistols and as many live cartridges have been seized from them, Rohtak superintendent of police (SP) Surender Singh Bhoria said. Bhoria said Satyawan's family informed police that he dropped his son for examination in Kharkhauda and later gunned down on February 20. His bullet-riddled car was spotted on the outskirts of Kheri Sadh village by local residents and the body was found in Jawahar Lal Nehru canal. "A special investigation team was formed to investigate the case," he said. The SP said a CIA team arrested Manish from Jhajjar and recovered five illegal weapons from him. During questioning, he confessed his involvement in Satyawan's murder, along with his aide Manjeet, the SP said. "The murder was executed due to an old rivalry. We will share more details about their interrogation," Bhoria added....
