Chandigarh, March 23 -- Haryana agriculture and farmers' welfare minister Shyam Singh Rana laid the foundation stone of a mini secretariat at Radaur in Yamunanagar district, to be constructed at an estimated cost of around Rs.40 crore. The minister said that the mini secretariat would provide various government services at one place, saving time and resources. Rana also inaugurated the Atal Kisan Mazdoor Canteen in the Radaur grain market, which will be run by women of self-help groups.
