CHANDIGARH, May 19 -- Nirmay Singh Patwal, a Class 10-B student of St Xavier's Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh, wins first prize in an Inter-School declamation competition held at St Stephen's auditorium on Friday, May 15, 2026.
