St Xavier's High School organises 'Talking Titans' declamation contest
Panchkula, April 23 -- St Xavier's High School, Panchkula, proudly organised its much-anticipated declamation competition, "Talking Titans," providing a dynamic platform for students to express their ideas with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across middle and senior classes, reflecting the school's commitment to nurturing communication skills and critical thinking.
The competition was divided into two categories: category A (Classes 8 to 10), where participants eloquently spoke on thought-provoking topics such as "Artificial Intelligence and Education" and "The Importance of Patience as a Virtue." Students presented well-researched arguments, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges of technology in modern education, while also emphasising the timeless value of patience in achieving success. Category B (Classes 6 and 7), where younger participants impressed the audience with their heartfelt speeches on "Kindness is the Best Language" and "Importance of Honesty and Integrity."
The school principal George S Shear applauded the efforts of all participants and teachers, stating that such activities play a vital role in developing public speaking skills and building self-confidence among students.
