India, Jan. 30 -- Feeling overwhelmed by deadlines and responsibilities? Simple, everyday habits can help. "This creates a constant fight for our focus and energy. But what if you could blend work and life smoothly instead of just balancing them? This journey toward harmony can lead to a fulfilling life of purpose, joy, and well-being," says Atman in Ravi, Spiritual Leader. Work-life balance can be achieved through the Japanese concept of Ikigai: finding what you love, what you're good at, and what the world needs. "When your job aligns with your passions and skills, work becomes enjoyable rather than a chore," says the spiritual leader. Those who discover their Ikigai experience less stress, greater longevity, and a stronger sense of purpose. Happiness rests on pleasure, peace, and purpose. Pleasure without peace causes highs and lows; purpose without peace can burn you out. "To live a happy life, try to include these three elements. First, find activities that give you real pleasure," says the expert. Then, find what brings you peace and practice it daily. We often forget to pause and breathe. Mindfulness and meditation help us stay present and process thoughts without judgment, reducing anxiety and depression. "Just ten minutes of focused breathing each day can improve your clarity and help separate your work from your personal life," says the spiritual leader. Calming the mind clarifies priorities and supports a balanced, authentic life. Stress lingers without clear boundaries. Set work hours and stick to them. "Let your colleagues know when you are available and try not to check emails after work," says the expert. This creates space for relationships, hobbies, and self-care. We often focus on what we lack. "Start a daily journal where you write down three things you are thankful for," says the expert. "As you shift from scarcity to abundance, work-life tension feels less intense," he adds. Community and connection are essential for balance. Sharing experiences with others offers support and perspective. "Look for mentors, join local events, or find support groups that match your interests," says the spiritual leader. Feeling connected reminds you that you're not alone....
