Smart Wonders School's students visit museum
Mohali, May 25 -- Smart Wonders Schoolcelebrated Science Week for Classes 3 to 10 from May 20 to May 22 transforming the campus into a vibrant hub of inquiry and discovery. The week-long celebration was designed to take learning beyond textbooks and ignite scientific curiosity among students.
Students of Classes 3-5 visited the Air Force Museum tolearn about aerodynamics and India's aviation heritage. Science quizzes, STEM challenges, and 'Scinovation' idea-pitching sessions tested students' knowledge and critical thinking.
The objective of Science Week was to move learning beyond books and foster a spirit of inquiry, observation, and innovation. By blending knowledge with fun, the activities encouraged students to question, experiment, and discover answers for themselves. The week helped develop scientific temperament, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while showing students that science is not just a subject, but a way of thinking about the world.
Principal Ruchika Sharmalauded the efforts of the science department and students, stating, "When children touch, see, and do science, they don't just learn facts - they develop a lifelong love for learning."...
