MUMBAI, April 12 -- Legendary playback singer Asha Bhosle (92) was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of Breach Candy Hospital on Saturday evening following "cardiac and respiratory issues", Dr Pratit Samdani, the intensivist attending the singer, said, terming her condition as critical. Doctors attending her termed her condition as critical, adding that the singer had been suffering from age-related ailments for the last seven months. She cancelled a show in Guwahati last year due to poor health. Zanai, the singer's granddaughter wrote in a social media post, "Due to extreme exhaustion and chest infection, my grandmother has been admitted to hospital.
