Chandigarh, July 31 -- Sri Kulwant Rai School celebrated mango day for the tiny tots of nursery to Class 2. The whole campus was decorated in yellow color and looked like a mango garden". The little ones came dressed in yellow clothes and looked adorable. Children brought different varieties of mangoes from home and happily shared them with their friends and teachers. Many fun activities were organised for the tiny tots. They enjoyed mango tasting, mango craft, mango rhyme singing and mango eating competition. Teachers told the children about the health benefits of mangoes and called it the king of fruits. The children also made beautiful mango and mango tree crafts with paper and colors.The highlight of the day was when the tiny tots enjoyed cutting and eating juicy mangoes together. The objective of celebrating mango day was to make the children aware about seasonal fruits and healthy eating habits in a fun way. The program ended with children saying, "I love mangoes" together....
