Mohali, July 3 -- The NCC cadets of Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Sector 69, Mohali, have brought laurels to the school by delivering an outstanding performance at the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-94) organised by the NCC Training Academy, Ropar, from June 22 to July 1, 2026. Their remarkable achievements across various competitions earned the school the prestigious 'Overall Best Institute' trophy. During the ten-day camp, the cadets underwent rigorous military training while actively participating in a wide range of cultural, creative and sports activities. Demonstrating exceptional talent and discipline, cadet Ekamjot Kaur won the gold medal in the speech competition with her confident presentation and impressive oratory skills. cadet Divyanshi secured the gold medal by winning the poster making competition, while cadet Sachleen Kaur earned the Bronze Medal in the shooting event. The school's cadets also showcased outstanding teamwork by securing first positions in the drill competition, Cultural Programme, and Cleanliness Competition, contributing significantly to the school's overall championship.
