Hoshiarpur, Sept. 13 -- SAD's senior vice-president and former Rajya Sabha member Varinder Singh Bajwa passed away on Saturday. He was 82. He began his political career as an active member of the SAD youth wing and served the party in different capacities. SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal visited the bereaved family to extend condolences. Describing Bajwa as a strong pillar of the party, Badal said his demise had created a void, which was difficult to fill. Senior SAD leaders Daljit Singh Cheema and Jarnail Singh Wahid accompanied Badal. SGPC president Harjinder Singh Dhami also condoled Bajwa's demise.HTC...
