Karnal, April 25 -- Police on Friday said they arrested a man, the husband of Ranjit Nagar village sarpanch, with 1.483 gm of opium. The accused, Ranjit Singh alias Rana, is a resident of Ranjit Nagar village of Karnal's Nissing area. Officials said the accused was trafficking opium to get rich quickly.
